A Division I football player at Stony Brook University, Elijah built ELITE.TRAINZ to develop athletes the right way through proper technique, discipline, and relentless effort.

Known for his energy and leadership, Elijah has trained hundreds of athletes across all levels, helping many reach collegiate and professional stages. His mission is to create a family-driven culture that builds stronger, faster, and smarter athletes both on and off the field.

Mike Femia

Mike Femia, Assistant Trainer at ELITE.TRAINZ, is a former baseball star at Tottenville High School in Staten Island. Known for his competitive drive and work ethic, Mike stood out as a top performer on and off the field, earning recognition for his leadership and dedication to the game.

His background in high-level athletics gives him a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed discipline, consistency, and a never-quit mindset. Mike brings that same mentality to ELITE.TRAINZ, helping inspire the next generation of athletes to chase greatness.

Giulia Longo

Giulia brings creativity and organization to the ELITE.TRAINZ team. She manages all media production, from video edits and photo content to social media posting, ensuring our athletes’ hard work gets the spotlight it deserves. On camp days, she handles registration and sign-ins, keeping everything running smoothly so athletes can focus on performing at their best.
